What is your return policy?

There is typically a 3-10 day window in which the items you order are being printed and prepared for shipment.  All orders are produced on-demand; so unfortunately, returns or refunds are not accepted. We will accept returns or exchanges for products if the incorrect item was shipped.  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 7 days of receiving the item. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. Standard shipping will take an additional 3-5 days consisting of a flat rate of $3.99. Local pick-ups are available.

What are the payment options?

We accept most major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express and PayPal.  If you are issuing a purchase order and need billing terms, please contact us directly.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes, we send an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email to the address provided at the checkout. Please make sure to check your junk folder if you did not receive it.
